-Repair/Replace-
If the pedal you have purchased from me is defective I will repair it free of charge (excluding shipping) for the one year from the purchase date. You will need to contact me beforehand and explain the issue. You pay the cost to ship it to me and I will pay for the return shipping. I will not repair normal wear and tear defects such as (but not limited to):
- broken knobs
- burned out LED's
- scratches, dents, chips or any cosmetic damage incurred from use
If the defect is in the electronic circuit itself please contact me to make arrangements. If the defect is too extensive to repair, I will replace the part (if serviceable) or the entire unit with the same item.
NO RETURNS. All sales are final! If you are unsure of the purchase please contact one of my dealers, review their return policy and buy from them. Thank you!
